The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order requires that all workplace premises must have a risk assessment.

A series of guides have been produced by the government and can be found on the Communities and Local Government's website. The guides are designed so that a responsible person should be able to carry out a fire risk assessment.
