The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order requires that
all workplace premises must have a risk assessment.
A series of guides have been produced by the government and can
be found on the Communities and Local Government's website. The guides are designed so
that a responsible person should be able to carry out a fire risk assessment.
However, if you read the guide and decide you are unable to
carry out the risk assessment then we can assist by either providing further
guidance or we can inspect your property and produce a fire risk assessment
report for you.
